You need a free account to use the testing modules. If you open Data Validation or System-Level Testing without being signed in, you are asked to register first.
For the registration you need:
your name
your organization
your email address
a password (entered twice)
Once you are registered, you can sign in and use both modules straight away. Later, you can sign in again with the sign-in button in the header. The user menu takes you directly to your account management.
Besides the two modules, there are two more places worth knowing:
Knowledge section: the start page explains what a digital battery passport is and what the regulation requires, and answers frequently asked questions.
Changelog: a separate page lists all updates. A notice in the testing environment points out new entries.
If you open an address that does not exist, or something unexpected goes wrong, you see an error page with a link back.
